1st interview 240 applicants were shortlisted
2nd interview 100 applicants were shortlisted
3rd interview only 50 applicants will be shortlisted.

dun worry gals~ its over anyway.. I had mine too.. the atmosphere in the interview room was very very tense today, compared to last week.
We were in groups of 4 and there were 5 main interviewers, and 2 observers in the room, which makes up 7 people observing the one who was presenting! Gosh.. I was so so so stressed!! I think there were at least 3 japanese in the room and they were really looking intensely as I spoke.. I dun think i will make it thru thou.. was too nervous and I can feel my smile as stiff as stone.. I bet I looked like those who had just went for botox shots on the cheeks
And I was so surprised they did a "Scar Check" today! I thought that it will only be done on the 3rd interview when we will be wearing spags and shorts.. sighz.. I wasn't ready for the scar check cuz i had some mosquito-bite scars which i didn't conceal.. and i also have a light scar somewhere near my wrist (It's not suicidal scar thou.. its from my dogs!) so i think it looks bad for me this time!
Pray for the best.. since Janz has mentioned its 50 out of 100 this time.
Most of the girls I saw today were scar-less on the body.. but some had facial scars. Those candidates I met today are quite pretty thou

The lady told me that they need to check the wrist and ankles..
For the wrist, i think they are looking out for suicidal scars and ankles, should be tatoos. She did asked me if I had any tatoos on my body, and that if i am accepted eventually and have to go thru the medical check up, the doctor will still do a body check on tatoos.

Hi all,
me too, I think I really did badly for the interview. There's this once I even answered before the interviewer could finish his question, kind of like interrupting? Argh, I was too nervous.
I guess the situation was too tense for me as I didn't expect a panel of interviewer.
Needless to say, I was nervous all the way even for the reading part! I stammered quite a bit, it felt as though my confidence was stucked on the chair when I stand to read the passage!
I feel so paranoid now, and the letter is said to reach us by wednesday as told, IF we were shortlisted that is. I guess 2006 will be my worst national day celebration ever, because we'll have to wait till Thursday I suppose, because the postman don't work on public holidays! This is really bad.
The skin check came as a shock to me as well, not as if I've got visible scars, I do not have them in fact, which is a good thing, BUT I just developed an acne on the side of my calves. I recently change the brand of my body moisturiser, and the acne is so red it can still be seen when I'm in my stockings. It will heal, I'm sure, but I hope JAL see it as an acne rather than a mark or scar behind my stockings.
Now what worry me most is of course the interview. Well, it's over. Whatever will be will be.
God bless me, god bless everyone here.
