Chijmes on a budget? :?

There is a nice one at the corner of Siglap Road and Upper East coast road, they have promotions with 2 bottles of wine for the price of one (around 25 sing). Quite nice, authentic, but bit oily.

Forgot the name, but you cannot miss it, it is exactly at the corner, when standing with your back to Siglap Centre mall, you will see it right opposite, they have a round terrace with tables and chairs outside.

Another good one is Streeters on Keong Saik Road, but not on a budget... Not too expensive either though.

Also a place in the Explanade - don't remember the name - but it looks nice. But as it also does not look cheap - note that they do have a special of all you can eat Tapas and drinks one night during the week.

I think it's called Via Mar or something like that,.. eaten there a couple of times,.. it could be the same one if they offer shisha as well?
