I suggest we establish a WNDC republic and elect a President who can negotiate great deals like an all night happy hour exclusively for WNDC citizens. By combining our numbers we should have excellent bargaining power and using that power in the extremely competitive restaurant and bar market I am certain that most establishments would be willing to accommodate our wishes.

If I were dictatorial in nature I would assume absolute power right now, but I since I’m such a nice guy I think the process should be democratic. Imagine an online election campaign for President of the WNDC.

Had it not been for Eric’s comments this idea may never have seen the light of day. So, the lesson is if people raise some issues don’t be offended and turn against them. Rather you should embrace the input and improve the present situation.

I’m looking forward to your comments.

Really what is your problem, personally i enjoy going to new places, it lets me enjoys what sigapore has to offer. I am glad DP comes up with new places each week. Whether he pays or not isnt your problem, if you want to bitxh like a woman, why dont you simple go to your little corner and stay there? In all honestly if you are happy going to the same watering hole all the time and not be adventurous then that is your choice. Everyone is invited to come to these gatherings but you dont have to if you think it is too pricey.
If you are looking at dollars and cents just watch how much you drink. Do you really have to drink that much to have fun?
Maybe a little net etiquette and tack is required.

You sound too stupid to be true, love to meet you one of the coming WNDC's. Great fun meeting those who just assume and do not read.

Eric

my comments will be:

it sounds like "animal farm" to me. i feel that the nice thing of the WNDC concept comes from the lack of formalities. it is like just painting a bar name in a wall and just see who will come, that is the beauty of it.

WR : I totally agree with you about the toilets, but you should have used those in the master bedroom

Another concern is about the way they return the change : did you notice that it's not only a very very long process, but also always with few baknotes and always few coins, even if they can return you 10 $ in 1 note ! I suppose they think it will incitate us to tip them !

The only way I can tip someone is for a good service provided ! ( and also if I am too drunk and the waitress is beautiful  )

How are the jolmar's angels today ?

Ooh, my mistake Eric, didn't know you were royalty.
It's not getting any smarter out there. You have to come to terms with stupidity, and make it work for you.

It was a good night. The only thing i can remember though is queing up 15 mins to go to the Loo and waiting 30 minutes to get my change back from the BAR.

It was a good venue, but i think its time we visited OOSTERS.

Any members share my view.
