I found a shop selling cargo pants...

Yak Mee Trading, # 01-03 Queensway Shopping Centre

(by the way, I like that shop, they sell casual clothes with the expat size... 4XL and above)

You could try Beach Road Market, they have plenty of cargo pants and camping gears and army surplus and........
