Where to Find Black Cargo Pants?

I need to buy some black cargo pants... you know... the paratrooper like pants that have pockets all over the place on them. I also need a solid black t-shirt with no logos of any sort.

Any idea where to find in this town?

Or in one of the shops in China Town if you aren't too worried about quality. Don't ask me which shop, there are number of shops on the main road. Don't know the name of the road either, I'll just shut up.
