Sigma SD 10 Digital Camera

Anyone know where I can buy one of these in Singapore? How much should I expect to pay? Anyone have experience of using it - does it live up to it's hype? And finally...is there a successor due out?

Overhyped...

Honestly, I'd rather get a 350D.

The Sigma has great performance at high ISO levels and short exposures, but slightly washed-out colors.

The sigma performs horribly for long exposures, such as night shots. There's more noise than in cheap digicams. Even at ISO 100!


But, in all fairness, the camera takes great high-ISO, fast shutter speed shots. But only at 3.2MP.

The 350D is a better all-around buy. The SD10 is now 3 years old... Best to see if Sigma will release an SD11.
