Spending hard earned money on further education is a much better investment than a silly nose job.
Good guys don't really go for stunning looks. They prefer girls who are smart and not silly ninnies !

It will cost an arm and a leg because rhinoplasty is complicated so the removal of the mentioned limbs are necessary, it's part of the procedure.
Don't worry about 'lobangs', they sell temporary nicely sculpted noses by the dozens via vending machines which can be found at the airport.
Hmm you do sound a little nasal from the way you type, I second the opinion that you should consider rhinoplasty.

quasimodo isn't annoying, but you are. plastic surgery is vanity, but it's the same as putting on makeup, getting a haircut or going on a diet. all contribute into making a person look and feel better about oneself. most of us go under the knife to correct some inadequacies in our features to please ourselves, not others. your assumption that women who go for plastic surgery want to be more attractive to men is just plain chauvinistic and immature.
most of the ladies in this forum are married, by the way.

to the lady who doesn't want her family to know: but after your surgery they will notice the difference, so they will know in the end.

Sorry mate. I don't nose anyone that can help you.
If you're struggling to get laid and you think a nose job is the answer then don't listen to those prudes. You gotta do what you gotta do man!!
Surely it doesn't make sense to opt for the cheaper option though does it?Hindsight is a wonderful thing. You don't want to be looking at that person in the mirror thinking that they've just be hit by a truck . . . twice!!!
Pay what ever it costs and get it done properly.
