Any executive recruitment company (headhunter) worth it's salt will have an online presence while not necessarily being an online recruiter per se. That said, to keep most of the riff-raff out the only way to get an interview is through either email or online submission. Not an ideal solution but always remember one thing. If 20 candidates walk into your brick & mortar office without an appointment, and you give each of them 15 minutes you only have 3 hours to do your work sourcing, interviewing, administrative work, interaction with the client, etc., etc. If you just leave your CV with a receptionist, you may as well have just emailed it - actually your chances now-a-days is better with email than hardcopy.
A simple google search will give you numerous local 'headhunting' firms equipped to service the arena you are looking for although none actually specialize in a single industry. It is mostly online recruiters who specialize.
A large majority do both.
