Recommendation playgroup school in Bukit Batok Central

Have been looking around a playgroup school for my 2 yrs old daughter.

What is the cost fee for such school ?? Please recommend.

Will be relocating to Singapore with the family and 2 kids 6 and 4..is it better to register them at local schools or international school?
