Does anyone know of a gym that has Body Pump classes?

Postby Buffy Biceps » Fri, 30 Jul 2004 7:49 am

I'm in Singapore for a short 2 week stint. Does anyone know of a gym that offers body pump classes particularly in the Upper Thomson area? or anywhere in central Singapore is fine too. Any that offer babysitting services?

Thanks!

Hi Buffy,

Planet Fitness and Fitness First (all clubs) have Body Pump classes.

haven't been to planet fitness' body pump, but heard they practise signing up on a list for a place... same as fitness first....

last time i went to cali's, they didn't limit their numbers... was like having the class in a sardine can, and you can hear aunties quarreling over territory... scary...

other's like Amore also offer i think, but only for women la :)

Cali Fitness in Novena Sq will be your best bet from Thomson. None of the fitness clubs in Sing really do two-week memberships, but you can pay per use (~S$40) or try to wiggle your way into a one-week free trial...
