Planet fitness rates?

Post by project1980 » Thu, 09 Mar 2006 10:28 am

Can anyone advise what is the rate for Planet Fitness? I'm new to gyms and just found out the pricing for california fitness, want to compare whether Planet Fitness offers a better deal. Thanks!

east coast

Post by tigerbalm » Thu, 09 Mar 2006 3:21 pm

Hi there,
I have always wondered why there is none of those big chains gyms in the east, but one in every mall on Orchard. Thats great news, I miss going to the gym, but cannot afford the time and cost needed to travel to Orchard every day.
Hope your info is correct and the gym will open soon.
balm :D

Was at Parkway yesterday and saw no roadshow. The space above Giant also had no signs of a gym coming up... :?

Just beside Giant

Post by jaslynk » Tue, 14 Mar 2006 8:06 pm

Sorry buddy. The roadshow is just beside Giant. Look around that level. The open house is held on the opening day of Planet Fitness. 2 more Fitness First Plus will be located @ One Raffles Quay and Fusionpolis (near Holland Village)

It's $68/month, for this month's promotion. I decided not to sign up without trying out the gym. The guy said rates might change when the club opens.

He estimated the size of the single-floor gym to be equal to the first and second floor of California Fitness Orchard branch.
