Wysnaa, I think 400 is too low for living in singapore unless you have another side income or savings.

What I wonder How you get employment pass? If I am not mistaken, singapore gov will give u employment pass if you have a job or a company that will give u sponsorhip. Am I right? And the minimum salary is $2500?
Second question : How much is a minimum salary that singapore gov suggest to companys hiring expats? I believe there should be a rule for a minimum decent salary.
