Shangri la serviced apartments?

Decided on Living at Shangri La Serviced Aparmtents.

Anyone lived there or living there now?
How did you like it?

How was service, accomodations etc?

Is it best to book directly with the Shangri La or through an aparment Broker? Is anyone offering Discounts or special promotions?

The norm for aircon servicing is quarterly (with receipts), but there are somewhat landlords who are ok with 4month intervals as well....
