You most likely have nothing to worry. Blackouts, dizziness, hearing problems, weak hearts, asthma (possibly), fainting fits are amongst the usual concerns.

I had a few scars on my arms during the interview. The interviewers noticed them and I thought I wouldn't go through but I did anyway.
