Hey guys...

Hope some of u still rememba me coz i'm not always here.. Anyway, sumtin has bn bothering my mind.. I am not sure if I will receive the email from them, but for instance if i'm lucky enuf to be selected, and for some reason I cun join the training (commencing on 2nd May), can I request to join the next batch? It may be another 2 or 3 months time but I'm willing to wait thou.. Do you think they allow?? I just standby, just in case they email or call me, at least I'm prepared.. coz i dun like last min.. heheh..

Hmmm... I think you have to tell them your concern when they call you.
You got to give them a good reason to support yourself.

I'm not so sure if they allow but another girl going to the final interview with me, she told me her friend is starting on 2nd May because she couldn't make it for the earlier.

Congrats to those who got in..

I'm not trying to spoil ur mood, but pls be mentally prepared that the zapping in silkair is far worse than SIA, if u'd imagine it to be otherwise. Lots of girls regretted n left even b4 their bond ended.
Anyway, it's a different kind of experience and it'll definitely change ur manners. Just remember to say "Thank u" even if seniors scream at u and "Can i trouble u for..." whenever u need something from them. After a few months, they'll leave u alone....

zapping is a very horrible culture in airline industry, i experienced it and at times im realli scare to go work. Wanting to leave my current company for silkair is becos i wish to earn a higher income and lesser flying hours. But it seems.. i did not get thru this time round.
