oh issit..i m also using hotmail. But not to worry when they call u, just inform them an alternative email address so that u can receive the mail.

ya.. cos u know the last interview, i onli manage to rvc a call frm them n not the email. I hv to call them up one day b4 to ask them to try re send mi the email. I got to know that some people using hotmail also nv rvc the email. I hope this time round hotmail wun hv such problem.

Does SilkAir's interview rounds have those skin checks etc?

I realise that SilkAir stewardesses are sweeter and prettier than SIA stewardesses.

Yes there is skin check. They will check our skin before the swimming test. After that during the uniform fitting round, our face skin was bein check again, this time round is under lights. They will ask us to lift up our fringe is we hv any and they will look at our face complexion.
I seldom see Silkair cabin crew around but hv seen quite alot of SIA.

Its a management interview and a tea party. Hv to stand infront of 3 interviewers and self intro for 10-15mins and they will throw questions to u also, so be prepared to ans. After that, proceed to tea party which we mingle ard with them.

Hi gals, Im a newbie to this forum and I have always been interested in joining the airlines. Wish to join SQ but I guess at the mean time I can only think about Silkair.

Ok… basically… I'm in a situation now and I would like to understand more about Silkair. I really hope you gals can help me out.

I am thinking of joining Silkair but I am currently studying part time, that means that I will have classes at night.

So I was thinking that if I join Silkair, will it affect my school timings.

1. Are schedules able to be flexi or rescheduled?
2. What is the longest days of a trip? Are there any stayovers or how are the timings like??
3. What is the percentage of been able to get into Silkair?
4. How is the pay like… basic + allowance… I need a rough total amount for monthly salary.
5. What other benefits are there?

This should be a main question Im concerned, be it Silkair or SQ or any other airlines
Ok... I have skin on my palm are thick as it is hereditary and that's not much of a choice. So I wonder will it affect my path route to the airlines.
