Hi babes, Just wanna ask, They mentioned that take home pay is about 2.3k right? So does that mean the salary calculation is like this : $944 (1180 after CPf deduction is about 944) + $1356 (flight allowance + laundry allowance + transport allowance etc) = about $2300. does anyone know how are bonuses like? Sorry for bombarding so many qns cos that day too nervous, don't know what to ask...

I really don't know about the pay break down at all!!! But just be assured u can take home around 2.3k most importantly:) anyway, girls on period can't go for medical check up right? Oh man, I'm actually prepared for my period to come on Mon(7 may) cuz my app says so and it's pretty accurate. But now that I know there is a medical, I'm on pill to 'delay' my period. I wonder if I shld continue doing that or what...

Hi girls, I'm just wondering, when we are asked to go down for a bond briefing and signing, must we sign on the spot or can we be given some TIME to consider the offer?? what do u think? and when do u think the bond signing would be, one week after medical or two weeks?:)

Thanks for the advice!:)
I'm really afraid my period would come so I have been eating pills since sat. Hope it doesn't affect medical? Cuz I won't consume them tmr morning for sure. Btw, do we have to pay for this medical test? Don't think so right?

It depends on the hours you fly. Heres the website for salary.
http://flygosh.blogspot.com/2011/09/sil ... rdess.html
You have two days off per week. You can do your calculations from there.
Just to let you know sector allowance($8.70) means per flight. (SG - AUS, 1 sector, SG - AUS, AUS - SG, 2 sectors)
As for bonus, it varies from the performance of the company.

Your period will not affect your medical. The medical test has no relations to Menstrual Period at all so not to worry. The first test would be a urine test, followed by a examination with the doctor and lastly, x-ray.

It would be roughly about 2 weeks after your medical. When you are asked to sign the bond on that day, the only time you have to consider would be the 2 weeks before they have given you to give a thorough thought about the job. Within that time period, you should have already done your research and made the decision.

You should call them immediately and check if you were to consider breaking the bond. If not, the penalty would be heavy. A sum of 7.5 k will be needed from you after you have signed the papers aka, breaking the bond.
