honestly, I don't know how long they are on hold for. I'm guessing till maybe a few months later? if I'mnot wrong they only get basic pay... no allowances. how to give allowances when you don't have any hours :')

Well tat's sad...not being on the payroll and being put on hold...like hanging in space...hopefully, perseverance do pay

yes.. all turnaround except AOG... you should browse through from page 1 of this thread.. i believe you can get all the information you wish to know about silkair..
