Ohh! Thanks! So am I right to say, uniform check, and if we get through, it's the management interview with 5 interviewers and finally the tea party?

Do we get to know our results on that very day?

And once again, I am really concerned about MOLES! I have many tiny moles all over my hands. Is this something to be concerned about? No scars though. :/

Thanks in advance! :)

i doubt the moles is a big concern =) as for the results, you will know it only a week later.

for your info its gonna be the same interviewer no matter what. so bare it in mind. but it doesn't matter who or which one of the interviewer is gonna interview you, as long you are presentable and can win the interviewer that will be great.

Hi,
For current FSS silkair,i have a question??
I understand during training your salary will not be more than $1000,but that is b4 CPF...Maybe after cpf is about $700 plus(so little, :P )...
Ok back to the question, upon graduation which is about 2-3 months training, we are required to fly...Salary wise --- plus salary and basic maybe takes home about $2k plus before cpf or after??Or they only deduct cpf from basic pay??which doesnt include the allowance??

I mean if they only deduct cpf from the basic pay, exclude the allowance...How am i gonna survive later on....Imagine $1000 - 20% = $800 (cpf contribution $200??)
Can anyone advise??

During training is about $1k. Yes, after cpf u hve left with very little $

U can expect a $2-2.5k (after cpf) if u fly for appox 70-80hrs a month.

CPF is deducted from basic salary, flying pay and uniform allowance. Other allowances is paid seperately.

There's no such thing as Flight Steward in Silkair. There will never be.

Not able to get in is actually a blessing in disguise. If it's such a nice place, then why the high turn over?
