hey singaporegrrl!

after 15months of bond with silkair there's a possiblity having an internal transfer to SQ right? do we still need to show our certs at least a private diploma? and what kind of questions will they ask?

because i find, its not nice after joining silkair and immediately ask for transfer. maybe SIA HR mgmt will think that i'm not serious in staying in a company or smtg.

Haha even before you start anything, they would mention about the possiblity to transfer to SIA from Silkair. It's under SIA Group of Companies anyway so there's nothing wrong in you asking about your career prospects.

U know what Singaporegirll,
I just found out to be selected in the first few rounds, other than emphasis more of y i want to be a cabin crew at the first place and chose this airline among the rest(from the bottom of my heart) a little touch of sincerity, humble and passion, apart from the speech that stands out from pale comparison among the rest....Maybe a little bit of well, of white lies..

If they asking about internal transfer....
Say i have no intention to join to SQ yet, as i cant bear to leave my loved ones...But hey who know in few years to come, suddenly u found out that most of your friends and colleagues are having a good life with international airlines, dont u feel there's a part of u screaming inside to yearn for the same kind of life too...Especially if u're still young and single..Otherwise if i straight away shoot that i have intention to join SQ,i know that i will not be selected..Definitely,they will said,i'm sorry girl but u're in the wrong airlines...haha...What a letdown..

Maybe just tell them a white lie and who knows what happens in the future right??Coz life is still uncertain...

Do u think it works that way??
Just my thinking only...

Hi just to check will it be at the same hotel which is at marina mandarin . 2-3august rite ? Between what time?

can i also check do you have any idea will it be the same interviewers? cause i failed my first round during the last interview. So i am just afraid that they will recognise me. Hopefully cause i ever heard that people said that those who are not selected are not allowed to try again. But maybe i will try to check it out again...
