We have the low end ones, which charges around $40-50 an hour...the high end massages charges around S$100 an hour. From my experiences, the low ends can be as good as the high ends, sometimes better.

Start-up costs for low ends relatively lower, rental, 2-3 massaeures, utilities, equipment. You should try experimenting the thought of setting up a lower end massage/foot reflexology shop first, and move on from where you are.

foreigners aren't allowed to open such businesses. I think must be PR at least.

Ya, and those low ends one are growing fast as I believe they provide other services beside massage.
They dun really have massage skills...
How can a Massage Parlour with only young PRCs survive?...... :???:

My plan is to start off with the low ends type.

What do you all think abt the shop location? Town area or HDB flat shop? My friend told me is best to open in town but the rental sure very high.

Don't mean to be discouraging but I think the market is oversaturated. Don't you think so?
