Hi All,
I relocated to Singapore about 7 months back. I have been toying with the idea of learning Chinese while searching a job. I would like to learn the dialect which is used in Singapore as well as China in businesses. I also need help in searching for a good chinese school/tutor who teaches in english.
Your suggestions will be most helpful.
Thanks in advance.

I know this Chinese tutor who is very good and commited, you might want to contact her for more info about her classes or another good place to learn Chinese is the Singapore Chinese Chamber Intitute of Business. Let me know if you want more info. My email is sy_k @ hotmail.com.

Primary school with good chance for expat children
Replies: 17
First post
My friend's planning to have her kids study in a local primary school. Which primary school has more chances of entry for expat children?

Yeah I think you have a point TheRat. There is definite concern that Singaporeaness is preserved and the primary school system is where it starts.
