I am Korean and I try to register the company in SG.
I should apply for Entrepass first so that I should submit the Business plan.
As a foreigner, to make the business play in English is difficult.
Do you know anywebsite to download the business plan???
Please let me know..

Do a google search for "business plan" and you will find many examples of business plans. Choose a format most suitable for your business and fill out the particulars for your business.
The business plan used to get an Entrepass (what you need to start a business here) cannot be longer than 10 pages.
It needs to be in English so if you do not have the skills, you will need to hire a translator. And don't be cheap on this. A poorly written or poorly translated business plan will make you look like an amateur. Your business plan is the ONLY thing that your application will be evaluated on and it needs to be professional and polished.
