Need recommendation on housing

I will come over to Singapore next week and urgently need to know which condo is the best to stay since I need to stay near MRT (best near Harbourfront) However, I heard Singapore housing is getting up again so not sure my budget 2600 can get one near mrt..

Any recommendation?
