I have been living in Singapore for 10 years now and the apportunity arose to buy a villa in Marbella, Spain. I was impressed with the service they provided and I even got a 10-year interest-only mortgage. I have fixed the rate in euro for 1 year at 3.49% and I am aware they can fix 3 and 5 years too.
If you looking to buy in Spain, I recommend them 110%.
