where to live - east coast or somewhere closer to the city

Post by moving on » Thu, 23 Oct 2003 6:18 pm

We are moving to Singapore in January and can't decide where to live. We have two small children who are pretty used to apartment living, but it would be nice to be around some space. I will be getting a car. Our budget is around $3.5K and facilities such as pool and playground are important. Could anyone recommend a condo or complex that might be suitable? Thanks very much.

Did you take your decission?

I am moving next may and I'm looking more or less for same thing as you did. I'm trying to decide based on school + leisure facilities proximity...

Hi Lutor,
you may want to consider Siglap area. Near beach, restaurants and supermarkets.. Easy access to city by ECP. :!:

Hi Lutor,

My 3 bedroom apartment in Bayshore Park is becoming available in April. It's a cosy apartment, fully furnished with Balinese furniture, lots of plants, lamps, cushions, etc. Best thing about it is the fantastic seaview from the balcony.

Bayshore Park has everything a family needs - supermarket, children's playground, 2 swimming pools, tennis and squash courts, laundromat, cafe, hair salon, and lots and lots of space for jogging, walking the dog, etc, space that is not found in many modern condos in Spore these days.

If you're interested, give me a call at 9787 0655.
