I will soon be moving to Singapore and I’ve been searching for good online shopping sites but haven’t come across too many.
I’d like to find some sites that sell home goods or better yet a department store so I can get an idea of the cost of the items I’ll need to buy when I arrive.
Can you please recommend some good sites?
Or is online shopping not really that popular in Singapore?

Thanks, but that's not quite what I had in mind. More like pots, pans, dishes, linen, furniture.....

I've gotten quite a number of things from ebay Singapore. Sellers usually can either mail the stuff to you or meet for collection. I prefer the latter as it usually comes with COD.

i agree with searching the auction sites. However its best to use Yahoo Singapore auctions. It has more items than ebaySingapore.

Not sure where you are moving from auddiejane, but Singapore's online shopping is probably far behind wherever you are coming from. Inventory tends to be out of date, therefore useless for shopping online. Perhaps you can ask the regulars on the Forum to fill-in amounts for specific items? Or you can check
www.coldstorage.com.sg for grocery items. Hope this helps
