things". i.e $, looks, careers etc etc. Personalitie put a side first cos no 1 will go for a begger with a very good personality.
For example, take a good look at our manager's avatar.
You think a good chap will go for it? The other way round, dun think she will go for an ugly poor good chap either.
But if you are a fat ugly but rich old man. Tell you, your chances will be higher. Ofcos you must be willing to spend lah.
