So since Singaporeans work such long hours they don't shop online... :?

You mean they instead go for time consuming shopping in town after these long hours? :-|

When did I say that? My family in Singapore (like most S'poreans) work extremely long hours and after work they do not have the inclination nor the energy to shop online let alone go to Orchard Road to do their shopping. Thats what I meant. And they are extremely reluctant to use their credit cards online. The one that do go online are their teenage children.

Ok, my sarcasm was meant to show that shopping online is actualy the solution for those long hour work days, so one cn just at home check online and have a nice relaxing bath in the meantime.

Online shopping is the answer to it therefore.... :? No need to go Orchard, know what I mean?

Irony and Sarcasm are two very dangerous brothers to unleash here in Singapore or in all of Asia for that matter. Haven’t you noticed? Or are you just deliberately making use of them in order to test boundaries (read: piss people off)? Rebellious as I think you are.

My message to all Asian, who are not bananas like me \:D/ , and therefore do not to the same extent appreciate the company of the two brothers, is that Irony and Sarcasm are actually quite a lot of fun when you get to know them. Their popularity in sophisticated and intellectual circles is evident.

For instance being an educated banana \:D/ and therefore being able to mingle in societies higher levels I have learned that using Irony and Sarcasm in an absolute must. Especially, if you wish to pick up Caucasian women a touch of Irony and Sarcasm will come in handy. In fact I’ve been working on a new pick up line. It goes something like this “I used to be quite awful in bed, but Viagra has changed my life – and is about to change yours”

The irony is Eric chooses the wrong person to be sarcastic to, he probably thinks I’m new to ECommerce and don’t have a clue what I’m talking about. When in actual fact, we have been running a small, niche website for years and most of our orders came from overseas. 8-)

There is no point getting upset when it comes to business or business discussions, because at the end of it all, it's nothing personal, its strictly business, (remember the movie GodFather?)
G2G, there is still a lot about Ecommerce that I don't know, need to knuckle down to hard work and start Google’s site targeting ads over this holiday period.

Well, good for you. But it still makes your assumption: “working long hours = no time for buying online”
