I recently acquired a Dopod 900. As a mini-PC it's great. As a phone it's rather heavy however I usually use the phone capability using Bluetooth or the stereo headset if I'm traveling on the train (listening to Win Media) and/or playing games, writing letters, or working on spreadsheets.

One must remember that it is a Pocket PC first and a phone second. As I mostly receive calls rather than make them I find it's quite okay. (It comes with voice commander which makes calling regular called number a breeze as you don't have to open it up to access the number pad (virtual). It's heavier than an O2 XDA IIi and just a little thicker but length & width its slightly smaller. It runs Win Mobile 5.0. So far no complaints.

I no longer carry a PDA & Cell PHone. Just this. It's not something that you would carry to the opera or out in the evening but you can now get a duplicate SIM card and carry a nice new mini phone for those evenings out. The Dopod is a business tool for me.
