Cote d'Azur, Sanctuary Green or Butterworth 8

Post by suzandpete » Wed, 08 Feb 2006 10:15 am

Hi - I would be interested to see if anyone has any feedback on these 3 properties? We have a 3 month old son and are looking to live somewhere which is child friendly. Or if anyone has any other suggestions on places in the East, we understand this is more of a family area? Thanks in advance!

Sanctuary Green

My wife and I just moved here from Long Island, NY and we saw Cote D'Azur and Sanctuary Green during out condo tours (can't comment on Butterworth).

We ultimately decided on SG because the apartments are huge, the grounds are like a resort and its quiet. We have been in the condo for 2 months now and have no regrets. There are many families here (we are expecting in May) and the condo has a FREE private shuttle bus that runs all day long in hour or half hour intervals depending on the time of day. Sanctuary Green all the way, we thought Cote D'Azur was a bit run-down and old.

I am surprised that you said that Cote D Azur is a bit run down and old, maybe you have made a mistake with another condo , because this is new and it is location next to a major shopping centre in the east, the Parkway Parade.

It is new!

I don't stay there but because I go there (Parkway Parade) almost every weekend, I thought I should put it in the right perspective,

So suzandpete you might like to have a look at the units there... maybe the ones that gets the pool and sea views!
