How to standardize fonts when replying email in outlook

Post by prodigy » Sat, 28 Jan 2006 12:01 am

How can I standardize my fonts when I am replying an email in outlook express..for example: I would like to use arial as well as times new roman, how do I do that.

I know we can easily do that when we create a new email, but when replying an email, the toolbar always disappears...

Anyone knows? :???:

You can set your standard fonts from the following route

Tools
Options
Mail Format

In the the Stationary and Fonts section, click "Fonts"

This will let you set the fonts/size for when you either create a "New" message or "Replying"

You can also setup a "Signature" from here as well.

Hope that makes sense
