Hahaha, I lived in a terrace house above them for a few years, but that was in a different time and life (1996-2000)!
They were the only landlord I ever had who allowed free use of several cars parked in the front yard (well, Bobby-Cars) and access to numerous tiny chairs and tables we frequently used for BBQ-parties in the garden. They also made a good impression otherwise and the kids seemed to like it there. Of course they have moved twice since then, grown to an extent that they don"t rent out the upper storey any more and the founders (two great Expat ladies), sold it and left Singapore last year.
