Lighting in Singapore

Postby jugaad » Wed, 18 Jan 2006 12:52 pm

Hi

I am moving from US to Singapore in 2 weeks. I have 2 questions

1 One more question: What is the average difference in rental prices between unfurnished, semi-furnished & fully furnished houses? I am planning on getting some furniture but will not bring any electronics since it will work there.

2.Do apartments in Singapore have ceiling/built in lights? In the US the renter usually needs to get their own floor lamps. I need to know whether I have to get my floor lamps or not.

Thanks in advance

ceiling built in lights are quite a standard issue in singaland.

floor standing ones are usually there for asthetic purposes...

but it still depends on your landlord's place. so best to get in touch with your landlord
