i normally wouldn't use that term on anyone. but for someone like you with an obviously high intellect and thus able to grasp the issues better than most, to deliberately twist a simple and obvious point out of shape and make an obviously inappropriate comparison with the judicial system, well... obtuse by choice perhaps. does that go down better?
