questions about eyelid surgery

Hi Im a guy, 17, and Im thinking about my eyelids fixed. One of them is normal (its creased) and looks fine but my other one is uncreased and looks strange. Can the doctor match up the uncreased one with my already creased one, or would I have to get both done? Is the surgery permanent, for the rest of my life? cause I dont want it comming apart.

and whats the best procedure to take? cutting or suture? are those the only ones?

yes the surgery is permanent. it definately will not come apart
