How to set up a food stall in campus?

Thinking to set up a food stall in a local univeristiy or polytechnics campus. Not sure if I need any licence to do so. If it's required, how should I go about obtaining it?

From my knowledge, u do not require to apply for a licence. If the stall allows selling of food, that means licence is already acquired by the landlord or organiser. If u wanna play safe, u can send an e-mail to NEA via www.nea.gov.sg to enquire.
