It's ok for you lot in Singapore, you've met up and 'know who you are.' What about us hyperspacial lot? We don't know who is where. I had visions of us all disbanding and me walking up Orchard Road on my hols wearing a placard saying....'Are YOU one of the SingaporeExpats?' and on the other side 'When's the next WNDC, addict needs your help.'

lolol.

If I may make a suggestion... If possible next time, inform the forum users that at a certain time there will be maintence performed on the site and that it will be down for awhile. That why we don't panic or commit ourselves to rehab!

Only a suggestion, don't mean to upset anyone, and also realise this isn't always possible.

Bubbs, I'm sure if I saw you on Orchard Road looking all distraught, I would know its you!

But, after being down, the problem still persists! Its still laggy, I remember those days when some of us used to be posting in a frenzy simultaneously. The speed was that awesome back then! :(

Agree, maybe some kind of notice either by way of a email shot or even a note in the main home page banner?

Must admit I actually emailed using the the contact admin email address and got a very prompt reply explaining the problem so thank you for that  .

Also agree with Sapphire that it's still quite slow at time

Wow, I'm finding it hard to do without my daily Sexpat fix, how did you guys manage to get on line on Tuesday? My computer just gave the me the dreaded error page until this morning...of course it could just be my computer being nasty to me (oops, does that sound way too paranoid...see what happens when you can't get your fix???).

Things are still way too slow as well and I keep being unable to post messages as well, this is my third attempt to post something on this thread alone. Does anyone else have this problem too?

I hope this is a temporary problem guys, I am sure you are working on it. :)

Well, we seem to be back up to speed this morning. That's a good sign, the sig's are still missing however I do know that the sigs decrease the speed considerably so it's a trade-off there.

Wot happened to the Guest column? I left on Thursday and today it seems to be gone.
