Pete's Place at the (Grand?) Hyatt Hotel along Scotts Rd has a very nice salad spread with assorted breads, herb butter, etc.. to go with it.

you may want to try the salad bar at brazil cirrasco (not sure about the spelling) along 6th ave.. very yummy.
