i bought the Osim 1..
have to be very consistent with it

one area take 10 minutes 3 times a day
imagine u got stomach, 2 arms, 2 calf and tighs (7 areas)

7 x 10 mins = 70 minuutes

70 minutes x 3 times = 210 minutes

it's a freaking 3.5 hrs each day!

i only used it on my stomach and arms..it help me to shit better..other than that..i dun see anything effect

It helps to tone my belly area quite a bit. I had two C-sect and needed to tighten up that specific area. However, I found that the belt vibrates differently (in pattern and in strength) on each side. So to ensure uniform results (you do not want one side more toned than the other), you may want to rotate the belt. To make it easier for me to remember which side to use, I only rotate the direction once a week.

You may want to try OTO trimax too. It is stronger than uzap. It also depends on your tolerance level. Oto makes my girlfriend, suffers from weak kidney, pee. I purchased uzap without trying OTO. Uzap works well for me for I can visually see my flab moving in a wave-like motion while using it. However, I have used Uzap for a while and feel ready for a stronger belt like OTO.

For my situation, I think combination usage of Uzap and OTO is best since they both have their unique vibrating pattern and each probably gives different visual result. And like Jani said, it takes 10 mins per area, I can have both belts going and cut my time in half. Unfortunately, I am out of the country and unable to get hold of OTO, not that my budget allows as hubby not too happy with my spending habit.

Please refrain from using it on your chest area, if you are a female. Hubby caught me doing it and told me that human breasts are not made of muscles and hence you can't tone them. The strong vibration will only make them sag before their time. I tend to trust my hubby in such matters as he is very knowledgeable about science subjects.

Keep in mind that these are vibrators and will not help you get rid of body fats. Body fats can only be removed physically like liposuction. However, Osim and OTO will help you tone up. I gurantee it. However, you must use it consistently.

Hmmm....don't really like the way it is phrased but anyway, that has not been my experience.

One thing I dislike about the belt is the strap. It is way too long which makes it very hard to get a tight wrap around my waist. And you need to wrap it ultra tight to get the most out of it.

Arm cannot as the belt will only hang loosely over it. However, I believe OTO can do the arm area.

Yes, I got the itchy sensation the first few times but it went away with repeated use.
