suggestions for dinner for 100 people

hey..
im having an event for about 100 people, for dinner, the place has to have some space to hold some small games and activities.. oh.. and budget is quite tight.. about 20 per head..
any suggestions for venue???

$20 quite hard to find

normally those hotel's rates are around 40 to 50 per pax...

hmm....how abt Community Centres?

i think condomium's function hall can be used also..
if i not wrong, it's free or only for a small sum
