anyone can recommend which hotel gives nice international buffet?...itz for a birthday celebration...

Try Merchant court hotel. Quite a good place..

The Ritz, Raffles and The Fullerton all do great lunch buffets. Not sure what price range you are looking for as none of the three are cheap - but all certainly are first class. Of the three, i like Raffles as the atmosphere is just a little more festive.
