Hi there chappy, its really up to you when you would like to stop. However, its good if kids still have 1-2 glasses of milk a day.You may switch her to fresh milk instead. My boy is turning 3 in April,I am thinking of switching him to Fresh Milk to cut cost and also, it comes in handy when travelling. You dont need to pack all the milk tins along.
Cheers :P

I would have stopped by now. Honestly, if you are doing it for the vitamins and mineral advantages, she is better off with child's (chewable) vitamins or ideally just getting more fresh fruit and veges.

I think it is a very clever gimic of the milk powder companies, as this would be laughed off the shelves in other countries.

Vitamins and minerals that are not used by the body just end up in the toilet (the body expells them) and actually some are harmful in overdoses. If you have trouble getting your child to eat fresh fruit and veges, then try a chewable vitamin tablet with the things she may be missing from her diet. We are vegetarian, so I wonder sometimes if my kids might get deficient in iron. Occasionally, I given them spirulina shakes with orange pieces as a snack (vitamin C helps the body absorb iron). On the other hand, if it is calcium you are trying to absorb you should avoid taking it with iron as they kind of cancel each other out.
