Mill Point opp. Great World City

I'm considering renting a 2-room apartment at Mill Point. It's at Zion Close just across the road from Great World City. It seems like a quiet and pleasant place and looks very new and modern.

I've looked at various other places - Tiara, Valley Park, Aspen heights - but they seem more suited for families. I'm single.

UE Square's location was great but the 2nd bedroom looks into an awful airwell.

Any comments about Mill Point? Other recommendations for apartments near Great World City? My budget is S$3500. Thanks.
