I think my left brain might be stronger as I find these tests relatively easy. But I am quite a creative person so that makes sense.

Thanks Captain Poo

Aww don't be like that SE; that's how I was taught how to spell colour along with monkey and centre - oops given my age away.

Not really Platv, just that you had a good education & were taught to spell correctly. It's our language & therefore that is how those words should be spelled - there I said it. I am a spelling bigot

Bring it on yanks!

'aloominum' sheesh it's pronounced aluminium!

oh hang on there are loads more: petrol, boot, trainers, pavement and so on.

No I love you all really, I see language as an animal that grows & changes with time, we have to accept it's changes & see it as a means of communication, if you understand me then I am communicating well enough regardless of what words I use or how I spell them.

I just like to have a dig at the Americans from time to time :D

"the colour not the word"
"the colour not the word"
"the colour not the word"
"the colour not the word"
"the colour not the word"
"the colour not the word"
"the colour not the word".............
