Christmas Dinner Suggestions?

I have friends over from the UK on Christmas day and am looking for suggestions for a traditional style Christmas dinner (lunchtime or evening). I have been recommended the Mezzanine at the Hyatt, but they are already fully booked.

Does anyone have any other ideas or suggestions?

What's worse, ignorance or apathy? I don't know and I don't care

Have you tried some of the other hotels--Fullerton, Raffles, Marriott, Four Seasons, etc.? I'm having the Sunday Brunch/Lunch at the Marriott.
