Can change Training Pass to EP ????

I got the Training Pass under my singapore partner company this October.
This training pass will be exptired in April 2006.

My Korean company will register the company in Singapore next January or Febrarury.

Is it possible to cange Training Pass to Empolyment Pass??
Somebody told me that it's not possible.

Anyone knows the Visa agent or the agents who can do to get the Visa or register the company ??
Please let me know ASAP.

You can't "change" a training pass to an EP. However, your company can apply for an EP for you if it is possible that you bring specialized skills or knowledge to the job you will be doing which cannot be readily obtained in Singapore.
