Acu-Pressure Massage .. anyone..

Post by kk_lass » Sat, 10 Dec 2005 5:15 pm

Hi friends,
Do u know how to cure/relief yourself in event of headache, stiff neck, fever, sore throat, cough, back pain, insomnia, nausea, ...etc ...??
Rather than go for medicine, why not learn the alternative method?
Introducing ... Acu-pressure..

Acu-pressure is massaging and putting some pressure on the body's meridian points and thus improving our health or relieving us of pains. It can acts as a preventive measure to improve our immune system and health. It is safer than acupuncture, as it does not require needle and insertion into our body, thus safe us from the 'poking pains'. And it is sooo easy that you can do it everyday, everywhere, every time.. (This may comes handy sometimes.. )

Come and learn with us the Lung Meridian, KIDNEY meridian, BLADDER meridian, HEART meridian, PERICARDIUM meridian and LIVER meridian points/flow. Learn the preventive method and holistic and natural/organic treatment to a better health!! :D

TCM Acu-Pressure & Meridian application workshop is in Mandarin language, with English translation. This workshop is on 15th December 2005 (Thursday), 7.20pm. Workshop fee is free*.

I have personally gain much knowledge and 'massage skills' from this Acu-pressure, a definitely must go! See you all!! :D

*Booking is required. Pls PM me for booking, if possibly by 14th Dec. :)

"Kua Sha" A traditional self healing method which is very useful to treat discomfort by allowing more blood flows doing "Kua Sha" to the area. A beneficial session to young and elders.

Acupressure should not be mixed with massage i think. Though acupressure is a technique that requires touch and finger work to get the patient heal some of their problems but it shouldn't really be called a massage. The line of difference between the two is thin though.
