eye surgery yanhee too cheap?

I've made an enquiry about fees for eyelid surgery with Yanhee Hospital and was quoted USD450 for both eyes, inclusive of pre and post operative medication and the follow up checks, basically saying there are no hidden charges. Does this sound too good to be true for anyone who are familiar with Yanhee Hospital?
I would appreciate if someone could share with me their surgery experiences.

I know they are a 450 bed full service hospital with a special dept that assist foreigners. It is just that they are cheaper than Bumrungrad Hospital but nonetheless do have qualified doctors as well. My friend has gone there for other treatments before.
