Setting up a forum

can someone teach me how to set up a forum? i tried learning from the phpbb thingy.. but cant understand..

If you can't understand the instructions from doing a google search of "how to set up a forum" then there's little we can teach you via this forum... ;)

or you can use some free forum hosting company ie
sgboard.com, phpbbplanet.com etc,
